However, we also learned that it can be up to us to slow down or even prevent the spread of any disease. Covid-19 took the world by surprise but it left us with the knowledge that sanitizing is highly important. Sanitizing reduces human exposure to pathogens. Sanitation is one of the most important aspects of community well-being because it protects human health and extends life spans.
